Granola with Orange and coconut

For a couple of days ago i made a new granola with the flavor of orange and coconut. For those of you who cant understand swedish I've made a couple of them recently. This one, togheter with the other ones, are nuturaly sweetened, but the diffrence here is that I used Concentrated orange juice instead of Ageve,honey or dates.
The granola become really delicious and crunchy, and its free from gluten, milk and egg!
Granola with orange and coconut:
2 dl, 1 cup of quinoa flakes
2 dl, 1 cup of buckwheat flakes
2 dl, 1 cup of glutenfree oat flakes (you can substitute all of the flakes with regular rolled oats, but then its no longer gluten free)
2 dl, 1 cup free of choice seeds (sunflowerseeds, pumpkinseeds, etc)
1 dl, 1/2 cup free of choice nuts (I used hazelnuts)
1 dl , 1/2 cup unsweetened coconutflakes
0,5 dl, 1/4 cup of linseeds
1 dl, 1/2 cup concentrated unsweetened orange juice (if you live in sweden, i used Jo apelsinjuice)
2 tbsp of coconutoil
Blend all dry ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl, melt the coconutoil ( I used the microwave) and blend it with the orange juice. Combine the two bowls and stir until blended. Set the oven on 175 c or 350 F and put the granola on a plate with baking papper and put it in the bottom of the oven for about 20-40 minutes, but take it out every 5 minutes and stir so nothing yets burnet. continue untill the granola is completely dry and gets a nice brown coulor. Let it cool before you transfer it to a jar.
